Quick answers about Aerlore, from how it differs from the Original to what you can buy.

What is Aerlore?

A fan-made rebuild of the Original that runs in your browser. The client is built in Godot and the servers in Rust. The game content follows the Original, the UI uses the classic look, and Aerlore adds quality-of-life features of its own.

Do I need to download anything?

No. Open it in a desktop browser. Chrome, Edge and other Chromium browsers work best.

Is it pay-to-win?

No. The Item Shop only sells cosmetics (fashion, effects, auras), appearance changes and Extra Bags. There are no EXP boosts, drop boosts or upgrade protection. Everything that affects power, including Power Dice and minerals, comes from playing.

Can I buy Crystals yet?

Not yet. Top-up is coming later.

What's different from the Original? (the big ones)

• No Master tier: 2nd job at 60, automatic Hero at 121, 3rd class at 130, max level 150. No half EXP after 120. Free restat on every class change. See Classes.
• Upgrades never break your item. It uses Power Dice, minerals and a pity counter. See Upgrading.
• One 168-slot bag instead of backpacks. See Inventory.
• Account-wide wardrobe, where fashion is free to wear. See Wardrobe.
• Achievements, titles and daily rewards. See Achievements.
• 5 characters per account, and you can play several at once.
• Free buffs up to level 150 from Buff Pang.
• Shared teleporters, dungeons, Search Shop, Party and Guild Finders.
• Doggy pickup pet at your 1st job change.

Can I dual-box / use a buff mule?

Yes. You can log in more than one character from the same account at the same time, as long as each window uses a different character. RM/Assist buffing still works.

I forgot my PIN

Your character PIN is also your bank PIN. Several wrong guesses lock you out for a while, so don't keep guessing. Ask the team on Discord.

The game is slow or stutters

See Options & Performance. Lowering Resolution and turning off Advanced Shaders help the most. Try ?renderer=webgl if WebGPU misbehaves.

Where do I report bugs?

Use the Report bug button just above the action bar, or post in our Discord.

Is my progress safe?

All game data lives on the server. Aerlore is still in development, so check Discord for news about test phases and launch.
